plain lines can no longer be dragged to slanted positions

release 0.9.4 - 1452 on WIndows XP (sp3)

plain lines (the last item in the Lines Palette) can no longer be dragged to slanted positions. more precisely, they can still be dragged but they revert to horizontal after de-selecting.
