Bar numbers too close to treble clefs
Once you reach three figures, they touch the treble clef.

I see what you mean.
Two ways to change:
1. Right-click on a measure number. Select --> All Similar Elements. Use command-click (command so that all are still selected) and drag one number to drag them all away from the clef.
2. Right-click on a measure number. Text Properties. Change the offset, and check "apply to all elements of same type".

We just need to implement it so it'll happen automatically.

Actually, you need to go to Style > Edit Text Style > Measure numbers.
In current versions of MuseScore changing the properties of measure numbers is not saved using the right-click > Properties... (Other text works fine, just measure numbers has a problem).
Think it has been implemented in 2.0 nightly build (3996).
