The above descreibes how to enter the chord symbols themselves. Assuming you also want notes for the melody, there's nothing unusual about doing so for a "chord chart" than any other type of score, so just watch the tutorial videos, read the Handbook, etc. If you have more specific questions about how to do some particular thing, feel free to ask here.
What kind of a chord chart? One filled with slashes? A piano chart? One with guitar chord frames?
