Combination multiple rest measures
I would like to have a way to combine multiple rest measures into one with a number indicating the number of measures of rests. I have not found a way to do this.

They are called multimeasdure rests. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/measure-rests-0 in the Handbook for more information, but the short answer is, press "M" to toggle them on or off. Normally, however, this is not needed - they are not normally used in scores, only in parts, and this happens automatically when you generate parts from a score.
