Last system fill threshold should apply to last measure of a section too
⇒
Last system fill threshold apply to last measure of a section if bool property set for that section break
based on the discussion in https://musescore.org/en/node/139291 I have renamed the title of this feature request to reflect that the fill threshold would only apply if a boolean property is set for that section break.
if you have a better title or disagree with this title feel free to change it. Maybe I shouldn't have hijacked this issue...maybe I should have made another issue...sorry I don't know the protocol.

And for the last measure of a score it should work too, if no measure follow , but just vertical or text frames

All fine, don't worry.
I guess we can't implement it in a way that would be compatible with 2.0, so could get added to 2.0.4 too, or can we?
Most likely It could be implemented in a way that wouldn't refuse to load in 2.0.3, but not in a way that would actually *work* in 2.0.3
My understanding is that the mscx loading code will ignore tags that it doesn't know to look for.
It does in 2.0.3 but not in 2.0.1, not sure about 2.0.2

Workaround is a horizontal frame
See https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/10577 for master (MuseScore 4)
(see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/9000 for 3.x)
Almost, it does it unconditionally/always, using the same setting as for the last system, not as a section break property
