text palette is not in fuction under windows
hi',i try tu use text palette on win7x64 but command text palette(f2) is not in function, ¿it is a program problem? or
may be i dont know the function process ¿what can i do?

What do you mean by "not in function"? If pressing F2 does not work, you can try using the icon in the bottom left. Don't hesitate to post in spanish here or in the spanish forum : http://musescore.org/es/forum
