Yes. Default is number only (8, 15 rather than 8va, 15va, 8vb, 15vb) but you can change it via Inspector by un-checking "Numbers only". If you use 8va a lot you can create it once then [Shift][Ctrl] - drag it to a custom palette.
You can uncheck if you want to show "va" in the 8va line.
