Help with inserting text amongst the music for a hymn
I'm trying to insert 5 verses of a hymn in amongst the music but there is not enough room between the staves for the 5th verse.; the words of which end up being typed over the notes of music.
Please can you help me find a way to drag the bottom stave down to be able to create more room between the staves.

Thank you very much for your replies and your help.
The new layout is very good. Thanks for your great assistance.
As far as I can tell by looking at your score in MuseScore 2.0.2, there are several problems with it:
Also given that the amount of text entered is not too much yet, my suggestion is:
All text lines will line-up correctly one below the other and the second staff will go down at each new verse to make room for it.
At any rate, try the latest version, as Shoichi suggested: it is a big improvement and it can peacefully co-exist with your current version (as a safety measure; one never knows...).

Sorry for the delay I was doing tests ;-)

Note: I edited the notes you enter (with 1.3) as Voices 3 and 4, bringing them as Voices 1 and 2 on the bass clef.
I changed the page margins.
I attach the file exported as XML, then opened and saved with 1.3 (If you can not upgrade to 2.0.2)
Regards.

Miwarre, your first bullet point says that this bug is fixed in the latest dev version. I don't think it is. At least when I load the sample score in 7321ba6 I see the same as 2.02. And I just tried creating a new score under the latest build, with verse 1 in voice 2, and verse 2 in voice 1, and it still doesn't space properly.

@schepers: you are right, I remember a discussion about this bug, and a PR, but I cannot locate the latter anymore; probably, I just inferred that someone had fixed it.

Here's the official issue: #88061: First verse lyrics in voice!=1 throws off automatic staff spacing

;) (so, a case of unjustified inference from my part...).
Then, one reason more to always start lyrics with first verse against voice 1...
