Surface Pro 4 resolution

I'm currently using a Surface Pro 4 while using Musescore. Everything runs fine, the issue is just that because of the Surfaces fairly high resolution, everything on the musescore menus and palettes are extremely small making it difficult to click or use anything.

Any fixes to this?

You can try running with the "-x" option and specifying a scacing factor. For instance, "-x 2.0" will scale things twice as big as normal. But not menus - those should be set correctly from Windows' only settings and should be the same as other applications on your system.
