Damaged bars
Sometimes on editing notes and note lengths the bar seems to collapse to contain just one quaver or crotchet. The only remedy is to delete the bar. Exiting and re-launching doesn't fix it. Is this a known problem, or something I am doing?

What version of MuseScore are you using?
Can you give step-by-step instructions so that others can reproduce the problem?

I'm using MuseScorte 0.9.6.3 rev 3507 on Vista Home Premium. The fault has happened a couple of times, usually when I delete or shorten a note and consequently have to shift the remainder of the bar leftwards, which I do just by deleting it and re-typing (is there a better way?).
Perhaps related, if I import the attached ABC file there is something wrong with the barring from bar 5 onwards. It seems to be caused by a double dotted crotchet in the original. Trying to select bar 5 selects all subsequent bars also. Curiously, playback is fine.

How do you import the attached ABC file? I don't see ABC files listed in the MuseScore Open Dialog, or File format page of the handbook.

From the plugins menu I guess. The abc import plugin uses http://abc2xml.appspot.com/

I forgot about that. Does it work in MuseScore 1.0. Dougie's file opens as a blank staff.
