Color scheme problems

On my Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, I'm using a custom color scheme with dark backgrounds and white texts (included in attached .zip file). It happens I get white backgrounds and white text, or dark bacground and dark symbols (both cases shown on attached screenshot in zip file). And BTW, in Firefox, I have black background at input fields of the issue submission form, and dark grey text, which is hardly readable too).

My guess is the problem is the theme, especially since you are having trouble in Firefox too. Have you tried contacting the author of the theme?

I have never created a Windows theme myself but I took a look at the one you attached and it specifies that the text should be white:
WindowText=255 255 255
