Pitch Bend Varieties
Hello,
Currently, Musescore only supports pitch bends up to 1/4 of a tone. But in order to notate music of Schönberg, Appalachian fiddling, Persian music, up to 1/8 of a tone is necessary. Can this be added, and how can I work around this in the mean time?
Thanks,
Chase

There are symbols in the Accidentals section of the Master Palette but they do not change the pitch. You can manually adjust the pitch of any note in Inspector (in cents of a half-tone, so 25 = 1/8). Unfortunately, you currently have to manually adjust every note in this way (although for some, copy and paste will work).

Pitch bend and microtones are different beasts. In microtones its the same as an accidental, but pitch bends are when a synthesizer or guitarist use slide from the indicated note the bend symbol. An example is attached below.
Sorry, thought you meant altering the fixed pitch of individual notes. You could do a workaround using "Doit" or "Scoop" plus some text but they don't have arrows and they need a fair bit of fiddling with to look right.
