instrument name not deletable
I am setting a song from scratch, and previously (V0.9.6) I was able to select the instrument name and abbreviation from the start of the system and delete them. This does not work anymore in V1.0

Instrument names are now edited from Staff Properties.

Just to piggyback on what Marc said, right click on an empty part of any measure and select Staff Properties. You can then change the long name and the short name of staves (or delete them both if you don't want anything to show).
I understand why it was done, but I do miss the old way of double clicking to change the name/font/size, etc.
