rests should adjust position for beams

Version 1.0, Windows Vista

1. On space just above staff, enter two eighth notes, an eighth rest, and another eighth note
2. Select the rest and hit the “middle of beam” button to connect the beam over the rest
Result: beam intersects the rest. Rest should adjust.

Eighth notes on or above the top line touch the eighth rest. And eighth notes below the bottom line also touch the eighth rest.
