Tempo Style
Greetings,
I have been trying to change the notes in the tempo indication to a larger format, but changing the tempo style to a larger format will result in both the note and the bpm indication to become larger (i.e., the bmp will be far too large). Is there any way to change the size of the note only? Please see attached image for an example of a too small note with "normal" text.
For what it's worth, I have tried to change the metronome style, which appears just underneath Tempo, but can't seem to find what this style refers to. In any case, it doesn't change the notes nor the text in the Tempo designation.
Thank you for any feedback.
Luc

and also
place the standard tempo notation
enter its frame, and shift-moving select only the note
the text configuration bar appears (at bottom), including a size combo changing only the size of the selected part, i.e. the note

'And also' is of course much better!
On my system (PC, Windows 10, MuseScore 2.02), I don't have any problem selecting just the note in the tempo text, and clicking to increase it's size (in the size control box at the bottom left of my screen) while leaving the size of the other elements in the tempo text the same.

Thank you all. As you can tell, I'm new to MuseScore -- problem was I hadn't turned on the status bar, and kept looking under Styles. Problem solved, so again thank you all.
