Voice Overlap
Hello, I have an issue that deals with overlapping voices. Okay, I'll describe this as best as I can. So basically, I have a score that's in 3/4 time, and one part has a dotted half note in one measure tied to an eight note in the next measure, then right when that voice cuts off, the second voice comes in on that same exact pitch as the first voice cuts off. This causes the second voice not to be heard at all, and this appears to only happen when two notes from two different voices have the same pitch. I'll include a file for reference if you still don't understand my dilemma. Is there a way to fix this? Or a way to get the other voice heard in some way?

Known problem, workaround is to make the shorter note silent via Inspector

In this case, it doesn't work, because the eighth note Voice 1 is tied with the dotted half note. Even by unticking "Play" in inspector for this eighth note, the sound remains, and so, "cuts" the second voice.
A workaround would be to replace the tie by a slur (and always untick "Play" for the eighth note second measure voice 1)
