Indicate active note during drag-and-drop (0.9.6 regression)

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Drag a finger number from the "Fingering" palette to note on the score

Expected behavior: The note that you are hovering over should change red to indicate that you are over an active region.

Actual behavior: Not visual feedback.

MuseScore version: Bug present in r. 2681. (Version 0.9.5 stable matches the expected behavior)

On further reflection the red hover effect was actually a misdirection. It misled users into dropping the fingering directly on the notehead rather than the desired location (above, below, or to the side of the notehead).

The current behavior (with no hover effect) is better.
