I thought this was fixed. See #2362: Accidental obscured if noteheads are a second apart.
I am not able to reproduce the problem using r. 2732 nightly, Window XP.
Ok. I can't reproduce anymore. I guess I was using 0.9.5 and didn't check well. Sorry...
