Repeat dots show on hidden / empty staves for multi-staff instruments

Result: two sets of "floating" repeat dots appear below the visible staff as shown in the image attached to the forum post mentioned above.

This score has two instruments, each of two staves, with barlines extended through both, and with music on the bottom staff of each instrument but not the top. As far as I can tell, all those things need to be true to hit this bug.

Very former issue. I can reproduce since more a year, as you can see on the following image (produced with a Nightly on May 19, 2014)
