They do if you add them correctly. See also https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/repeats-and-jumps
Make sure you have "play repeats" enabled in the toolbar as well, in case you accidentally turned it off.
I did exactly what you advised in your mail. The order in the added example should be A, BC, A, D. Unfortunately, Musescore plays the measures straight from the beginning to the end.

Unless you've changed the text of elements (hard to tell from a picture, better share the actual mscz file) you didn't.
You've entered the coda marker symbol twice; while you should have a "To Coda" element for one of them. You are then free to double click the "To Coda" and change its text/appearance to look like coda marker as well.
Secondly, if you want to take a coda, you need to use a D.C. al Coda and not a D.C. al Fine
A jump is only executed if all markers it should find are present in the score. So for a D.C. al Coda the score must also contain a "To Coda" element as well as a "Coda" marker.
[EDIT:] Ik merk nu pas op dat je je vraag in het Nederlandstalige gedeelte hebt geplaatst. Het is de bedoeling dat hier dan ook in het Nederlands gepost word. Moest iets van bovenstaande uitleg niet duidelijk zijn in het Engels, zal ik dit graag voor jou nog eens herhalen in het Nederlands.
