synchronising audio and video

Is there a possibility to synchronise audio and video (with video I mean the gray vertical bar that is moving to the right in the score when playing the music)? Usually this is not necessary, but when excercising with multiple people via the internet (Microsoft Teams or Zoom) there can be a disturbing delay in video.
