change midi score clefs permanently

Hi,
when I open a midi file for piano with Musescore, I see that the music keys sometimes change in the middle of the line,
I adjust these keys and export the file as midi.
If I then open this file again, those clefs have not been adjusted in the score, does anyone know how to permanently adjust the clefs?
