how do add multi measure rests in musescore 4.5.1?

How do i add multi measure rests in musescore 4.5.1?

All of the youtube tutorials say that you have to select the measures where you want the multi measure rest, and press M, but the new "input by duration" function is now binded by the letter M.

Any help?
