Allow the bends input in a standard staff

Currently, in the Palette "Articulations and Ornaments" (except for the special case of the RH fingerings for lute), all the elements of this palette may be input in a staff in standard notation. Excluding the notable exception for the bends (and tremolo bar, also)

And yet it is obvious, in some editions, that one can also enter the bends in a standard staff. As you can see.

It appears the only reason this does not work currently is that we explicitly disallow it - for both bends and tremolo bar. I don't know if there is some reason we are disallowing this, but I tried taking out the code that disallows these symbols for standard staves, and it seems to work just fine. So I will submit a PR.

Yep! It works fine, indeed (linked staff, or copy-paste, repeat, all seems Ok) Thanks Marc.
Guitarists and... some pianists should be happy with that :)
