Tuplet bracket max. slant values in edit sytle dialog seem to be of by factor 10, e.g. the default setting of 0.5sp results in a max. slant of 5sp, a Setting of 1.00sp results in a slant of 10sp

No real idea how to fix this, and in a way that would be compatible with 2.0 and 3.0
Also in 3.0 the behavior seems different, see #120056: Tuplet brackts max. slope ignored when bracket is below staff, it seems not to be of for brackets above staff and ignored for brackets below

Still wrong in this nightly.
Result: The max. slope seems to be around 10sp.
Need to take into account the knock-on effect on #292615: Tuplets set at angle in MuseScore 3, different from MuseScore 2.
