Project
- Create simple score from the Treble cleff template.
- Enter some notes in voice 1 and 2, on the same beats in the same measure, but (at least) a 3rd apart (so their note heads touch, and are alighned below one another)
- Right-click into staff > Staff/Instrument properties... > Scale > 150%, Apply
Expected result: staff sizes increases, alignment stays as before
Actual result: staff sizes increases, voice2 notes move left, the higher the scale setting, the more
Comments
Not a regression, MuseScore 3.0.2 behaves the same as MuseScore 2.3.2 here (and MuseScore 1.3 didn't have that option)
The issue only affects increase of scaling, but since it's basically the same thing, I'm linking this to #285228: [EPIC] Small staves issues
A possibly related issue - measure withs of empty measures don't scale, so at huge scaling, you end up with measure rests that take the entire width of the measure.
Came up again in #324689: Voices 1 and 2 become misaligned when scaling up staff size (and in a few forum topics too)
