Glissandos do work/playback and how can be influenced via inspector. You attached a backup score, not the actual one

Not the first time that has happened to me. Here is the correct file. Could be it is working but I just don't hear it.

Well, what do you expect from chromatic glissandos between 2 semitones?
I guess you want a bend there, maybe like this?

No that isn’t quite what I need. I have given up and uploaded the file as is. Perhaps someday MuseScore will get the various effects working properly. The bend seems to be the only one that actually works but it isn’t what I need here. It’s actually more like a hammer-on.
