Information about the composer, the work or editor remarks.
Usually this information appears in the score only.
But how to manage text like this ?
Is it possible to show text in the score only - and not on all the single parts ?

You can make it invisible in the parts

Sure, but empty space of textframes remains in parts.
Could be minimalized on each part then.
Better was a genarally userfriendly and automatic solution.
Could you imagine a special text type - like in headers / footers therefore?

Header/Footer should work indeed, those are not shared / synced between score and parts

If I type some text in header of the score first
and create parts after --> the text is connected to all parts.
--> Not the result I asked and desire (at the moment).

It gets copied, but not synced

Meaning you can remove it without altering the score, I expect. Is this true?

When in doubt, try it out ;-)

ok - header / footer text will be copied and allows to delete in parts after.
This is a solution as a workaround at the moment.
My idea however was a special type of text
--> witch has functions like header/footer
--> to show text before music title / or after score ending.
For this reason it could used as a music cover page as well.
This is my proposal to improve musescore.

Just found a very tricky solution:
I used copyright in Score properities - this field allows to print - only on first page - using $C in header text.
Therefore define e new properties entry called"myCopyright" e.g. to show copytights in footer again.

Or add this to the score after having created the parts
