Tuplet number

The size of the number should be proportionally reduced when selecting "Small" for tuplet notes.

I guess one problem with this is what to do if only some notes of tuplet are set to small. But, we managed to handle that for the beam, so no reason we cannot do the same for tuplets.

Could you submit this as a bug report to the Issue Tracker?
