You can manually adjust them, several at a time by selecting them (see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/selection-modes for how to do this) and changing inspector values.

Just tried. Works well and could make it as style :-). Doing that for the up bow automatically fixed down bow, bartok pizzicato, stopped symbol and harmonics. It is quite obvious that this property should be set to Above Chord for these symbols by default. Should I write a bug report in the issue tracker?

I have the feeling that this style also positively affected the position of trills that were too far off too. Out of curiosity, is it only my impression or are they actually connected by the same style property?

The way these are set up is pretty clumsy, with some settings being used for some things, others for other things (see the Articulation distance settings in Format / Style too). To me this is one of the most ripe areas for relatively easy improvements in our defaults.

posizione dei segni strumentali (in questo caso arcata in su e arcata in giù ):
la distanza dal rigo, dalla testa o gambo della nota è sempre di 0,5s. In presenza di segni di accento o legature vengono posti sopra questi a una distanza di 0,5s.
Vengono sempre centrati alla testa della nota.

il posizionamento che mostri nei tuoi esempi è ottimo. Molto differente da quello che Musescore fa automaticamente.
