Not jumping to second volta bar
What am I doing wrong.
I want the piece to repeat 3 times and then have a different ending.
It is repeating 3 times but then stops dead without moving on.

There's only a 1st and 2nd volta.
To check in detail the score is needed, not just an image of it
You'd want 4 repeats, a 1st-3rd and a 4th volta, it seems

repeat list of first volat was "1,2,3,0" should be "1,2,3", of 2nd volta was 2", should be "4". Rereptcount of the measure containing the :| was 3, should be 4
Thanks for all your help. That bit is now working.
All that is wrong now is that when moving to the second Volta it plays the first voltra as well before it moves on.

Not for me, with the score I attached.
Maybe it does for the parts though, there the repeat count needs to get adjusted too, see #257581: Changes to Measure properties are not propagated between score and existing linked parts after save/reload fixed for 3.5.1
