How to change size of workspace buttons
I know its an off question but heres an example of my screen, look at the play buttons

In the menu Edit->Preferences->General there is an option to adjust the icon sizes.
But that won't really fix the root problem here - notice your score is also much smaller than it should be (at 100% it should be life-sized). The issue is MuseScore is not detecting your monitor resolution correctly for sonme reason. To fix that, you will need to start from the command line, with the "-D" option and specifying the true resolution in DPI.
