How can I write this ?

I am having trouble figuring how to do this (see image) : I need to write a dotted half-note on the bass note and then the thirds on the 2nd and 3rd beat of a ¾....pretty common, should be easy to do right !?
For the world of me, I have been trying to do this in musescore for a week!!! Still have not figured it out :(

I need your help...
