Because of a) a bug (fixed in 3.6) and b) you having 4 1st volta on top of one another (which triggers that bug)
Thanks so much. Downloaded the latest version, deleted the extra 1st voltas (where did they come from?), reduced the repeats to 1 on the last measure and everything is prima now.Cheers,Hal Severin

The facility to add with a singe click is nice but it would be even nicer if a double click didn't add two items.

Could the second click go directly to edit mode?

#313977: Double clicking on a pallet item should not add two identical elements added. I suggest further discussion on this should continue there.
