Add rests to tablature

Almost all my scores are prepared for guitar with treble clef and a linked tablature staff. Often the tablature wants to be printed alone without the treble staff. When this is done, the presence of a rest is hard to detect. It would be helpful if the rests could be shown within the tablature. This would also allow a chord symbol to be placed above a tablature measure when there are no notes (as in a rhythm intro).
