Bars
When I have few bars on the end of score, it automatically meld into one bar with number of quantity and i can't split them! Why? I want to own few empty bars and then they still be - not connected.

Sounds like you are referring to multimeasure rests, and you must have inadvertently enabled them by pressing "M". Just press it again to turn them back off. Or maybe you are actually viewing a part instead of a score, in which case they are on by default, but the same thing to turn them off in the parts.
