I can. Select the section break, check Inspector, the Pause property is the top entry there. You may need to scroll right though, to see the input field.
But I do see room for improvement, that Inspector is way too wide.

Sorry - my mistake !
I could'nt find the button because my inspector window was too small.

Thanks for pointing out the excessive width of that Inspector ;-)
