Ctrl-Z (Undo) does not always work

I've been noticing that Ctrl-Z does not always restore the score to its previous state. I have only noticed this bug when accidentally pasting over existing music notes (and I've only noticed it when writing for more than one voice). After using the undo button, some of the notes (of the stuff that was written over) will be missing or the stem direction will be messed up.
