There is no special notation for brushes. MDL may or may not have soundfonts for it, but if not, there are lots of other third party soundfonts you can install (see Handbook for more info on soundfonts). I think the default soundfount even has a brush sound somewhere in one of the alternate ktis. BVut the real problem is, brushes aren't just one sound, it's a whole series of them, and there is again no standard way of notating this.
