Something like that?
Ctrl+T insert parentheses with a couple of spaces in between;
Disable automatic positioning;
Adjust font size.
(add to a custom palette for possible reuse)
May I suggest: use a less generic title than Need help, something that defines the argument, e.g. Adding brackets to rests ;-)

Just a note - no need to disable autoplace here. There almost never is, actually - it normally works better if you don't.
