Experiencing Unexpected Behavior on Jump
I'm relatively new to Musescore (and relatively new to music), so this is likely a support request not a bug.
I referred to the following documentation page on how to use jumps and repeats: https://musescore.org/en/node/291062
I created a score in V3.6.2 that contains the following jump/repeat sequence.
Measure 22 - Segno
Measure 35 - To Coda
Measure 38 - 1st alternate ending
Measure 39 - Second alternate ending
Measure 54 - D.S. al Coda
Measure 55 - Coda
When I play the score it behaves as expected (ie as described in the documentation) until it encounters the "To Coda" on the final pass-through. Instead of jumping directly to the Coda from the end of measure 35, it plays measures 36 and 37 and jumps to the Coda at the end or measure 37.
I would be grateful for any help the community might be able to offer.

BTW: many of the slurs (all but 2) you used should rather be ties

Many thanks Jojo, this is very helpful. I closed MuseScore, and re-opened the file and it now works. I had previously deleted a jump and re-added it in the correct location - I'm guessing there is a bug that "remembers" where the jump was previously located that is cleared when the file is reloaded.
Thank you also for the hint on ties - I had been searching for "tie" in the palettes and used slurs as I could not find it. Your comment prompted me to search the instructions and I found that it is a keyboard control rather than in the palette.

Jojo, as you seem incredibly experienced, would you mind if I ask you a related question?
When I drag "al Coda" from the palette to the score it attaches to a measure, and the playback functionality knows to make the "jump" to the Coda cross symbol at the end of the measure.
When I shared my score with my teacher (who is not familiar with MuseScore) he asked why I had not included a coda cross symbol with the "al Coda" notation to indicate exactly which beat within the measure to jump from.
I add a coda cross symbol to the same measure as "al Coda" then it jumps back to the start of the same measure.
Do you know, is there a way to add a coda cross symbol to a note in a way that does not affect the playback (eg maybe similar to a rehearsal mark)?

The notation where both the start location of the Jump as well as the target use the Coda symbol is rather "legacy" as it is less obvious in some compositions where the jump starts from and where it should go to (and not the other way around).
If you wish to change the "al coda" marking to read "al codaSymbol" you can do so by double clicking the text in your score and opening up the special characters palette (F2) to add the symbol to that text.
Note that a jump is always executed from a measure boundary and never from a beat within a measure. If you for some reason wish it to appear as such; then split the measure and mark the barline in it invisible.

For anyone who reads this post in future, I mis-wrote above. I needed to add the modification to the "To Coda" and jeetee's advice worked perfectly.
I found the Coda crosses in the "Repeats" section on the "Musical Symbols" tab of the special characters pop-up dialog.
