You can change the Trumpet from open to mute (and back to open) by using the special text elements mute and open from the Text palette. This changes the channel for the instrument:

In the text palette of my MuseScore there are no texts "mute" and "open" that you showed.
How can I get them?

Looks like they are translated - "com surdina" is probably "mute", "abrir" is likely "open".
