Then they should have the same width already
As mentioned, if the measure have the same notes, they will already be equal width, assuming you also have the same number of measures per system and there aren't other variables like clefs and time signatures etc that change the calculations. if they don't all have the same notes, then it would be non-standard to force them to the same width - a measure full of sixteenths is supposed to be wider than one with just two half notes, for example. There are ways of overriding things, but the best way to do this depends on the specific score and the specific reason one has for desiring the non-standard spacing.
