Project
1) Create a new file with Musescore 3.6
2) Print on an AirPrint printer and inspect printed clefs (see photo attached) - the problem is not limited to clefs.
System: macOS 11.1 Big Sur, when using AirPrint
Additional information:
- Workaround via pdf export first and printing in Preview or Adobe Acrobat not successful either, although clefs are shown correctly on screen.
- Solved when using vendor printer driver instead of AirPrint
- On Windows everything works fine out of the box

What printer?
See #316152: Some characters do not print from Leland on certain printer drivers on Mac. There is a known issue with HP LaserJet Pro on macOS that probably needs to be reported to HP and/or Apple. If you are using a different printer, it would be good to add a comment there in the other issue listing it.

Thank you for following up on the issue. I own an HP LaserJet Pro 200 colorMFP M276nw, so the classification as duplicate is correct! The workaround that works for me is to install and use the HP driver instead of using AirPrint.
Please give https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/suites/3188235696/artifacts/7357… a try (needs a GitHub acount, IIRC)

Gave it a try: with this development build the clefs printed just fine (also when using Airprint as driver)!
Thanks for testing and the good news!

Attached a photo of prints that I generated today, just seconds apart with the release version of MuseScore and the dev build using the same HP printer with the AirPrint driver. Look at the clefs. -> Problem solved.
Thanks!
