blues grace notes for chord question

Hi :-)
I'm trying to create a blues style chord progression with some grace note (see picture).
However I want the grace to be only on one note of the chord (for example c# goes to d) while the other notes of the chord are played right at the start of the quarter.
As it is currently written the grace note causes the whole chord to be delayed a bit and this sounds weird.
If this is important, I'm not using swing mode (because the score will be used by another person with a notation software doesn't implement returning to 'straight' mode)
