BUG: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll

Hello!

When I download Musescore, and I did all of the stuff to install it, this pops up when I click on MS to open it:

api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

Is that a problem with comp or musescore? Please help!
