notenames.qml - octave
Hi everybody
I'm happy with the plugin "Note Names", its great for teaching music notes... :-)
But one thing don't seems to work - the octave signs for multiple notes.
I add a screen shot - there you can see that all octave signs (the "5") of the three notes are all at the lower note - "D555".
It should look like this:
A5
F5
D5
Does anybody know this problem...?
And maybe a hack for the correct view...? :-)
THNX!!!
BTW: Musescore Version 3.6.2.548021803

That does not print the octave ;-)

And if modifying it to uncomment one of the 3 possible ways to include the octave, it just works. At least does for me.

Did You try it on chords?
Chord is the "problem".

Ah, I see!
I don't understand why it fails that way though?
Edit: I now do see why and published a fix (see also below)
I think, it would be better to rewrite it a bit for actual version of plugin API, but this one should work.

That seems based on an older version than the one in GitHub.

It indeed does work, thanks, I'll incorporate that into the version on GitHub
