Problem restore session or open op.. it closes
when I open it says restore from previous version. Yes and no. whatever I choose closes it.

Did you try that revert to factory settings?
If you did: What Operating System?
What exact version of MuseScore?
Can you try -w instead -F

if -w helped, you can disable the startcenter in preferences and then won't need to use the -w anymore.
This would indicate some issue with your computer's firewall not letting MuseScore reach out to connect.musescore.com

Problem is not yet solved. i have been in contacct with technichen from my security support as well as from other having the knowledge of how mac works. and As i understand, i might have open up something from 3. part (notes etc.) that have some error and not stop my access to your web. I have tried uninstall and the previously suggestion from you. Is there a way that i can install from scratch? our maybe you have hint etc. for me? thanks

You can uninstall MuseScore and install it again (see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/install-macos), but that'd keep the settings. Those can get reset, as mentioned earlier, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings

But the -w commandline option did work for you, didn't it? Does it no longer?
If it does, disabling the Startcenter in Preferences > General should fix it permanently

Anyway, if it doesn't, the firewall is unlikely the culprit
