You can upload custom sounds to musescore.com, if using a custom soundfont locally. Just tick the corresponding box on the File > Save online dialog

Perhaps, u didn't get me. I meant inside musecore using my own wave samples instead preinstalled.

You can use other soundfonts. if you just have some sound sample, you'd need to turn those into a soundfont

Musescore does not use wav samples directly. Samples are collected into something called a soundfont and you can add your own custom soundfonts, (containing your own wav samples), to Musescore.
See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/soundfonts-and-sfz-files
You can make custom soundfonts using a number of software packages.
I use Polyphone which is free and does a good job.

You can also download custom soundfonts from the internet.

Oh, I see! Thank u so much! Now it's a bit clear. I thought MC acts as plenty other DAWs (just upload sample into sampler or drum machine), but seems not!

MS is not a DAW. It is notation software with playback capability.
