Why did the note get this long?
I was tying to change the tempo or something, and for some reason, the first note got really long and I can't resize it. What happened?

Select that 1st natural and watch the Inspector, esp. that element's X-offset (the Y- offset too, but that's not causing his issue). Reset it to its defaults and all will be good again.
